30-day returns on unopened items
Change your mind? Return any unopened, sealed figure within 30 days of receiving it in original condition.
Damaged in transit
Contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos. Box damage counts as product damage — we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
Incorrect item
If you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately. We cover return shipping and send the correct item as priority.
Opened items
We cannot accept returns on opened figures unless faulty or incorrect.
Pre-orders
Cancel before dispatch for a full refund. Once dispatched, standard returns policy applies.
How to start a return
