Processing time
In-stock orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. You will receive a tracking notification by email.
Domestic shipping
Standard tracked shipping available on all orders. Rates calculated at checkout based on location and weight.
International shipping
We ship worldwide, fully tracked. Import duties and taxes may be charged by your country's customs authority — these are the buyer's responsibility.
Pre-orders
Pre-order items dispatch on or shortly after the official release date. Mixed orders (in-stock + pre-order) ship together unless you request a split.
Packaging
All figures ship in oversized boxes to prevent pressure on the product box. Box damage in transit is covered by our returns policy.
