Yes. Every figure we stock is sourced from authorised distributors and verified before listing. We do not sell bootlegs or unofficial products.

How do pre-orders work?

When you pre-order a figure, you are charged immediately. Your figure ships on or shortly after the official release date. You will receive tracking when it dispatches.

Can I cancel a pre-order?

Yes — any time before it ships, for a full refund. Once dispatched, our standard returns policy applies.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, worldwide, fully tracked. Import duties charged by your country are the buyer's responsibility.

My figure arrived damaged — what do I do?

Contact us within 5 days with photos. We treat box damage as product damage and will arrange a replacement or refund.

Can I return an opened figure?

Only if faulty or incorrect. Unopened figures can be returned within 30 days.

How long does shipping take?
